Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving HR analytics initiatives to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making. The position involves developing dashboards and reports in Power BI building HR process applications with Power Apps automating workflows using Power Automate and performing advanced data analysis in Excel. The role ensures accuracy and confidentiality of HR data delivers insights on headcount attrition performance payroll and compliance and collaborates with HR leaders to standardize processes and improve reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR analytics initiatives to support workforce planning and strategic HR decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI.
- Build and manage HR process applications using Power Apps.
- Automate HR workflows and approvals using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform advanced HR data analysis using Excel (Power Query advanced formulas dashboards).
- Ensure accuracy confidentiality and integrity of HR data and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify analytics needs and deliver insights.
- Support HR reporting related to headcount attrition performance payroll inputs and compliance.
- Standardize HR data processes and continuously improve reporting frameworks.
- Train HR team members on analytics tools and dashboards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in HR analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI in an HR environment.
- Experience working with HR data MIS reporting and HR automation projects.
- Advanced Excel for HR analytics and reporting
- Strong expertise in Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI
- HR metrics and workforce analytics knowledge
- Data management and reporting best practices
- Understanding of HR processes (recruitment payroll inputs employee lifecycle)
- Basic database or HRMS system knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidential handling of sensitive HR information
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Initiative and continuous improvement mindset
Good to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI in an HR environment.
- Experience working with HR data MIS reporting and HR automation projects
- Certification in HR Analytics / Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Analytics Business Administration or related field.
- Certification in HR Analytics / Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI (preferred).
