Were looking for a Support Specialistto join our Website Support team where youll be part of first-line support operations manage website workflows and ensure seamless communication between users stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsabilities:

Level 1 support operations;
Manage website updates user requests and incident resolution;
Serve as the communication bridge between users stakeholders and technical teams;
Align user needs with team priorities and technical requirements;
Monitor support performance and ensure service quality;
Promote best practices in accessibility security and GDPR compliance.

Requirements and skills:

Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
Familiarity with:
- Incident Management: EasyVista (nice to have);
- Analytics: Matomo (nice to have);
Knowledge of SEO GDPR and data privacy regulations;
ITIL certification (nice to have);
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
Adaptability to new contexts and challenges;
Team-oriented mindset;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Proactive problem-solving attitude.
