Were looking for a Support Specialistto join our Website Support team where youll be part of first-line support operations manage website workflows and ensure seamless communication between users stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsabilities:
- Level 1 support operations;
- Manage website updates user requests and incident resolution;
- Serve as the communication bridge between users stakeholders and technical teams;
- Align user needs with team priorities and technical requirements;
- Monitor support performance and ensure service quality;
- Promote best practices in accessibility security and GDPR compliance.
Requirements and skills:- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
- Familiarity with:
- Incident Management: EasyVista (nice to have);
- Analytics: Matomo (nice to have);
- Knowledge of SEO GDPR and data privacy regulations;
- ITIL certification (nice to have);
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
- Adaptability to new contexts and challenges;
- Team-oriented mindset;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
