We are seeking a proactive and nurturing Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education ensuring that every child in your care feels safe happy and supported in their learning.
Key Responsibilities
Key Person Role: Act as a Key Person for a small group of children building strong bonds and monitoring their individual progress.
Observation & Tracking: Carry out regular observations and record developmental milestones using our tracking system.
Daily Safety: Participate in morning and afternoon safety checks and maintain a clean tidy and hazard-free environment.
Planning: Contribute ideas for activities that follow the childrens interests and support their next steps in learning.
Communication: Provide daily feedback to parents at drop-off and pick-up times ensuring they are informed and involved.
Safeguarding: Maintain a thorough understanding of the settings safeguarding and whistle-blowing policies.

Qualifications: Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of the EYFS and the importance of safeguarding.
Attributes: A genuine passion for working with children great teamwork skills and a reliable nature.
Certification: Valid Paediatric First Aid and a clear Enhanced DBS check.
Required Skills:
