The Mission
We are engaging a highly skilled medical professional for a bespoke 1:1 nursing role aboard a private superyacht. Your patient is an 80-year-old VIP requiring attentive acute-level monitoring. The vessel is charting a course for the dramatic and artistic landscapes of the Costa Brava (Wild Coast). You will oversee the clients health while the yacht navigates the rocky coves of Begur the surrealist haven of Cadaqués and the protected marine reserve of the Medes Islands. This role demands a practitioner who can provide hospital-grade care amidst the rugged beauty of the Spanish Catalan coast.
The Team
You will be supported by a Tier-1 medical infrastructure:
Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor who directs all care pathways and emergency responses.
Physiotherapy Team: On-board specialists ensuring the clients daily mobility and rehabilitation.
Nursing Staff: A cohesive team of Western-trained nurses providing mutual operational support.
The Safety
To ensure the highest standards of patient safety and nurse well-being this role operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never be the sole practitioner on duty; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with transfers medication verification and to ensure you have structured rest periods.

Step 2: Secure Online Video Interview (Zoom/Teams).
Step 3: Job Offer and travel arrangements. (No travel is required for the interview stage).

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-accredited university.
Experience: Essential 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care ICU ER or A&E.
Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with the medical lead.
Profile: A resilient professional demeanor with the ability to maintain strict discretion in a luxury environment.
