Sales Administrator

Location: Hemel Hempstead Business Park (car required free parking provided)
Salary:bonus gym membership
Hours: MondayFriday (Work from home Fridays)
Contract: Permanent Full-time

Our client is a global name in the childrens toy industry designing award-winning toys games and experiences. From London to New York their products are stocked by major retailers and loved by all.

Their Hemel Hempstead office is modern vibrant and full of energy. The team are passionate supportive and genuinely great to work with. As the business continues to grow theyre looking for an organised proactive Sales Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

This is a fast-paced varied position where no two days are the same. Youll be the engine behind the sales team processing orders supporting key retail accounts coordinating logistics and ensuring customers receive an excellent service at every stage. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing B2B and B2C orders across global platforms such as Amazon eBay Macys Target and Costco (full training provided)

Raising invoices and credit notes and uploading to customer portals

Liaising with UK and US logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatch

Supporting key retail accounts

Preparing commercial invoices packing lists and export documentation

Handling customer queries via email and phone

Coordinating courier collections and sample orders

Supporting sales meetings exhibitions and demo stock management

Keeping product and logistics documentation accurate and up to date

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Stable experience in an Administrative or Sales Support role within the UK

Highly organised with strong multitasking skills

Confident using Microsoft Office

A positive team player who is happy to get involved in events and support a fast-paced team
