Job Summary

Senior Architect / Technologist
Bedford
Up to 55000 DOE

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Bedford who are looking to appoint a Senior Architect / Technologist to join their Commercial Architecture team.

This role sits within the commercial architecture team and requires a proven track record in commercial projects across retail industrial logistics office and education sectors. You will work across all RIBA stages with a strong focus on detailed technical delivery coordinated construction packages and site support.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect / Technologist role:
Lead projects and manage client relationships
Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction information
Coordinate consultant information and manage drawing packages
Manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Attend site and produce reports/records
Ensure compliance with planning processes and Building Regulations

Key Requirements for this Senior Architect / Technologist role:
Proven commercial architecture experience across relevant sectors
Strong technical delivery and project-running capability
Confident client-facing and communication skills
Portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software
Experience writing NBS specifications
Knowledge of Revit SketchUp Photoshop and presentation software (beneficial)
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
