What You Will Do:
Provide Onsite Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for end users experiencing hardware software network or peripheral issues on desktops laptops mobile devices and other equipment ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
Device Setup Deployment and Maintenance: Configure image and deploy desktops laptops tablets mobile devices printers and other peripherals; perform asset management including stock tracking serial/asset tag collection and shipment preparation.
White Glove & Smart Hands Support: Deliver specialized support for VIP users including expedited troubleshooting proactive monitoring custom onboarding executive training and assisting with office moves or IMAC (Install Move Add Change) tasks with precise Smart Eyes & Hands assistance.
Requirements
What You Need:
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows Mac OS Apple iOS and Android platforms with hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops laptops and mobile devices.
Deployment & Configuration Skills: Experience in imaging configuring and setting up end-user devices and peripherals including printers and mobile phones.
Asset & Inventory Management Expertise: Ability to track document and manage hardware inventory including serial numbers asset tags rack elevations and preparing equipment for shipment.
Communication & Documentation: Strong skills in guiding end users step-by-step documenting incidents and resolutions creating knowledge articles and coordinating with higher-level support.
Professionalism & Client-Focused Service: Ability to deliver White Glove support to VIPs manage proactive monitoring and health checks and collaborate effectively during office moves and other onsite operations.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Experience: Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer Technical Support Engineer or similar role. Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 & 11 Office 365 OneDrive Intune and ServiceNow. Experience working with Walk-in IT Service Centers and providing VIP Support. Proficiency with Windows/Linux/MacOS environments. Familiarity with network security practices antivirus programs and office automation products. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and deliver clear concise technical instructions. Excellent problem-solving communication and multitasking skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into practical technical solutions. Experience working within Agile environments and ITIL-based service frameworks. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy and basic networking (DNS DHCP VPN). Familiarity with MDM tools and asset management systems. Understanding of endpoint security and data protection practices. Certification(s) such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
