Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Retail Media Specialist with hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP) to drive performance and growth for e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should be data-driven strategic and experienced in optimizing campaigns across Amazon platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan execute and optimize Amazon Search (Sponsored Ads) and Amazon DSP campaigns
- Develop full-funnel strategies to improve visibility traffic and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights & recommendations
- Manage budgets bidding strategies and keyword targeting for maximum ROI
- Work closely with creative UX and analytics teams to enhance brand experience
- Leverage market research competitor analysis and audience insights to refine strategies
- Monitor trends in retail media and e-commerce platforms to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders/clients
- 4 years of experience in Retail Media / Amazon Advertising
- Strong expertise in:
- Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP SB SD)
- Amazon DSP
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization bid management and audience targeting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Familiarity with tools like Amazon Ads Console Excel Google Analytics or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with agency or multiple brand portfolios
- Understanding of consumer behavior category trends and digital marketing ecosystem
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights
