Job Summary
OHL & SS
- Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all project phases
- Support compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders including clients contractors and internal teams
- Assist in the preparation and review of project plans schedules and budgets
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g. OSHA ISO) is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
