Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
- 25 years of progressive experience in business development sales or strategic partnerships within a management or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work permit and residency in Zambia or eligibility to work in the country.
- Willingness to travel within Zambia and occasionally to regional markets.
