Job Summary
You will design develop and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications supporting Name and Media Screening platforms contributing to continuous integration architecture standards and globally deployed solutions while working closely with product management and agile delivery teams to ensure high-quality scalable and compliant software aligned with organizational guidelines and user experience expectations.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves developing and maintaining Java-based applications driving continuous integration and architectural improvements contributing to global standards and guidelines supporting product management in roadmap execution collaborating with business analysts testers and management on technical matters and ensuring delivery of robust scalable and compliant solutions within an agile environment.
Requirements
4 years of experience developing Java applications with Spring framework
- Solid SQL database skills (ideally Oracle and experience working with Mongo DB would be a plus)
- Comfortable in a Linux based server environment incl. bash (shell) scripting
- Familiarity with MS Azure Cloud platforms and knowledge of Databricks Denodo would be beneficial
- Familiar with DevOps tools such as Git GitLab Pipelines Nexus Ansible RPM packaging would be beneficial
- Good understanding of all aspects of the application development (SDLC) and support life cycle
- Strong business communication skills as part of a global team
- Strong time management
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- 8 Years overall IT experience
