The Role
We are seeking aQuality AssuranceEngineertojoinourWorkloadManagement team whichis responsible forenabling next-generation AI accelerator hardware within Kubernetes clusters.
In this role you will contribute to the validation of Kubernetes integrations that allow new acceleratorto be scheduled orchestrated andutilizedefficiently across distributed environments.
Working closely with software engineersandinfrastructure teamsyou will help ensure that our workload management stack-including scheduling resource allocation and device management-operatesreliably in production environments. The role combines strong automation engineering with a systems-level understanding of distributed platforms helping ensure our solutions are robust scalable and ready for real-world deployment.
As a senior member of the team you will playan important rolein mentoring engineersandshaping quality practices.
Responsibilities
- Design develop andmaintainautomatedtest suitesfor Kubernetes integration components.
- Developend-to-end integration and system teststovalidateschedulingand resource allocation within Kubernetes clusters.
- Identify document and track defects working closely with engineering teams to investigate root causes andvalidatefixes.
- Contribute to design ofCI/CDpipelines.
- Validatescalability performance and reliabilityof workload orchestration.
- Improvetest coverage test stability and observabilityacross distributed system components.
- Collaborate with development teams to definequality standards test strategies and validation plansearly in the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the evolution ofQA automation frameworks tooling and testing practicesacross the organization.
- Mentor and support other QA engineers providing guidance on automation debugging and testing best practices.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Strong programming experience inPython.
- Hands-on experience withRobot Frameworkor similar automation frameworks.
- Experiencetestingcloud-native systems and containerised environments.
- Strong understanding ofLinuxsystems.
- Experience withCI/CD systemssuch as GitLab CIorGitHub Actions.
- Experience testingdistributed systems.
- Ability to debug complex issues across multiple system layers (Kubernetes infrastructure applications).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellentcommunication andcollaboration skills.
Desirable
- ExperiencevalidatingKubernetes integrations.
- Understandingof AItrainingandinference workloads and theirorchestrationrequirements.
