Job Summary
HRLadderBox on behalf of our client is seeking a highly creative and detail-driven Senior Motion Designer to produce engaging visual content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a strong visual storyteller with expertise in motion graphics animation and video production someone who can translate brand strategy into compelling animated content for social media product marketing advertising and platform experiences within a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Your Impact:
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations.
- Create animated assets for videos social media websites apps and digital ads.
- Collaborate with designers copywriters and stakeholders from concept through final delivery.
- Develop storyboards style frames and animation concepts.
- Edit video content and apply sound design when required.
- Ensure visual consistency aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optimize animations for different platforms formats and performance requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.
- Proficiency in tools such as After Effects Premiere Pro Cinema 4D Blender or similar software.
- Solid understanding of timing pacing and visual storytelling principles.
- Strong knowledge of typography composition and color theory.
- Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with 3D animation or character animation.
- Knowledge of UI/UX motion principles.
- Basic sound design or advanced video editing skills.
- Familiarity with Figma Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
