We are looking for an outstanding employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas. As a Recruiter you will use your skills and security knowledge to attract and retain quality officers in a fast-paced environment. This position interacts with job candidates and potential applicants using various sourcing methods. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting & growing this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Perform various recruitment activities including job posting screening and interviewing and sending job offers to potential candidates.
• Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices.
• Identify and carry out sources for recruiting Security Officers such as job fairs colleges and universities community organizations etc.
• Maintain personnel files with utmost discretion.
• Assist with new hire training and orientation as needed.
• Carry out various HR/administrative duties.
• Constant communication with operations management team on recruiting updates trends and other hiring factors.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite Smartsheet Oracle etc. preferred.
• Prior experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning and organization skills.
• Must be able to take initiative achieve results and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
