Job Overview

We are currently seeking dependable Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) candidates to join a brick manufacturing facility. This Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) role is a fast-paced production-based position responsible for stacking and packaging finished brick as it comes off the line. The Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) position rewards consistency and productivity with higher earning potential after hire-on.

Responsibilities

The Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) role includes the following duties:

Stack finished brick onto pallets
Strap and wrap packaged brick for shipment
Inspect brick for defects or damage
Keep up with production speed and line requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work safely around moving equipment and conveyors
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Assist with other production duties as assigned

Work Environment

Hot dusty industrial manufacturing environment
Standing and working on feet for entire shift
Repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs
Fast-paced team-oriented production setting
Overtime and Saturdays required during peak production
