What Were Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
• Proven ability to generate business and close loans
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
• Self-starter with a competitive goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with portfolio development servicing and collections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and close real estate and consumer loans
• Proactively develop new business channels and referral sources
