Job Summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking on behalf of our client a Junior Accountant (SAIPA) to join their team based in Gauteng.

This office-based role is suited to a recently qualified SAIPA Professional Accountant who has just completed their articles. The position focuses primarily on preparing work papers and compiling financial statements within a cloud-based accounting environment ensuring accuracy compliance and high-quality financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Preparation of detailed work papers
Compilation of Annual Financial Statements
Assisting with financial reporting and compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate financial records using cloud-based accounting systems
Liaising with clients where required
Ensuring all documentation is complete and audit-ready
Supporting senior management with accounting functions when necessary

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant Accounting Degree
SAIPA qualification (Completed articles recently signed off)
Valid drivers license
Own reliable vehicle
Must be based in Kempton Park Gauteng
