We are selecting an elite nursing professional for a dedicated 1:1 role aboard a private superyacht. Your patient is an 80-year-old VIP requiring precise acute-level observation. The vessel is scheduled for a sophisticated itinerary through the Saronic Gulf catering to "Old World" luxury. You will ensure the clients well-being while visiting the exclusive car-free island of Hydra the aristocratic shores of Spetses and the historic port of Poros. This role demands a practitioner who appreciates the nuances of high-society discretion.
The Team
You will operate within a tiered medical hierarchy designed for total patient support:
Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor who coordinates all health strategies and emergency evacuations.
Physiotherapy Team: On-board specialists ensuring the clients daily mobility and physical comfort.
Nursing Staff: A cohesive unit of Western-trained nurses providing mutual operational support.
The Safety
To ensure clinical vigilance and prevent burnout this role strictly adheres to a Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never be the sole practitioner on duty; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with complex care tasks manual handling and to ensure you have adequate rest periods.
The Process
Step 1: Comprehensive review of CV and clinical portfolio.
Step 2: Secure Online Video Interview (Zoom/Teams).
Step 3: Contract finalization and embarkation. (No travel is required for the interview stage).

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-accredited institution.
Experience: Essential 4 years of post-graduate experience in ICU ER or A&E (Acute Care).
Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is mandatory for safety and communication.
Profile: A discreet resilient professional capable of blending into a formal yacht crew environment.
