The Mission We are recruiting for a highly sensitive high-reward role providing 1:1 medical support to an 80-year-old VIP Principal. You will be deployed aboard a world-class superyacht trading the hospital environment for the Mediterranean coastline. The vessels itinerary is strictly high-end visiting Monaco Ibiza Marbella and the Greek Islands. Your mandate is to maintain the Principals health and comfort ensuring seamless medical care in a luxury setting.
The Team You will not be working in isolation. The onboard medical department is overseen by a Lead British Doctor providing you with immediate clinical direction. You will also collaborate with dedicated Physiotherapists and a rotation of Western-trained nurses to deliver comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
The Safety Patient safety begins with staff well-being. To ensure you remain alert and rested we operate a strict double-nurse shift system. This allows you to manage the intensity of 1:1 care while having ample downtime to enjoy the yachts exclusive destinations.
The Process We value efficiency. The initial screening process is handled via a secure online interview platform allowing us to assess your suitability for this elite role from your home base in Portugal or abroad before any travel is required.

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a non-negotiable standard.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in high-pressure Acute Care environments (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for all clinical communications.
Attributes: A high degree of emotional intelligence discretion and the ability to adapt to a formal crew hierarchy.
