Job Summary
The eCommerce Planner Executive supports the planning and execution of eCommerce strategies across key marketplaces and omnichannel platforms including Shopee TikTok Shop Lazada and offline-to-online touchpoints. Working within an agency environment this role collaborates closely with senior planners media teams and operations to deliver effective data-driven solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Planning & Execution
Support the development and execution of eCommerce plans across Shopee TikTok Shop Lazada and omnichannel platforms
Assist in translating client objectives into actionable eCommerce activities and timelines
Support campaign planning across onsite placements promotions affiliates and content initiatives
Marketplace & Platform Support
Assist in managing day-to-day activities on Shopee TikTok Shop and Lazada including campaign setup tracking and coordination
Monitor basic performance metrics and support optimization initiatives
Stay informed on platform updates campaign mechanics and best practices
Omnichannel Coordination
Support integration between eCommerce platforms and broader omnichannel strategies (online offline social and media touchpoints)
Assist in coordinating execution across teams to ensure consistency and alignment
Reporting & Analysis
Compile performance data across platforms and prepare regular reports and dashboards
Support analysis of sales traffic and conversion metrics to identify insights and improvement areas
Assist in preparing materials for internal reviews and client presentations
Client & Internal Collaboration
Support client communications and follow-ups under the guidance of senior team members
Coordinate with internal teams such as media affiliates creators and operations to ensure smooth execution
Assist in documenting plans timelines and campaign learnings
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
12 years of experience in eCommerce digital marketing performance marketing or agency roles
Exposure to eCommerce marketplaces such as Shopee TikTok Shop or Lazada is a strong advantage
Interest in eCommerce planning data analysis and client servicing
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of eCommerce marketplace ecosystems and omnichannel concepts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with numbers reports and data
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Proactive eager to learn and able to work well in a team environment
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setting
