Job Description:
The Director Admissions will lead the Admission Team (Councellors) Marketing and Outbound Team teams with full responsibility for driving admission growth through inbound and outbound strategies. The role requires hands-on experience with paid campaigns strong leadership capability and the ability to execute high-impact digital and on-ground initiatives through teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver admission targets and enrollment growth across programs.
Design and implement inbound strategies (performance marketing digital campaigns CRM nurturing).
Drive outbound strategies through school visits counselor outreach call campaigns events contests and workshops.
Personally oversee and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Meta etc.) to improve lead quality and conversions.
Lead admissions marketing and corporate relations teams with clear KPIs and accountability.
Develop strategic initiatives to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Ensure seamless coordination between inbound and outbound teams for optimal lead follow-up and conversion.
Establish cadences and performance benchmarks for inbound and outbound operations.
Track and continuously optimize funnel performance across all channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business Administration Management or related field.
10 years of experience in Sales digital/growth marketing field marketing or related roles with at least 3-4 years in a leadership capacity.
Experience in the education industry is a strong advantage.
Proven hands-on experience in paid campaigns and lead generation.
Strong expertise in inbound and outbound admission strategies.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and achieving admission targets.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business Administration Management or related field. 10 years of experience in Sales digital/growth marketing field marketing or related roles with at least 3-4 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in the education industry is a strong advantage. Proven hands-on experience in paid campaigns and lead generation. Strong expertise in inbound and outbound admission strategies. Experience managing cross-functional teams and achieving admission targets.

First class Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship or in relevant discipline OR Minimum 55% Marks at Masters Degree in MBA (Finance/ International Business)
