Job Summary

Job Description:


The Director Admissions will lead the Admission Team (Councellors) Marketing and Outbound Team teams with full responsibility for driving admission growth through inbound and outbound strategies. The role requires hands-on experience with paid campaigns strong leadership capability and the ability to execute high-impact digital and on-ground initiatives through teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver admission targets and enrollment growth across programs.

  • Design and implement inbound strategies (performance marketing digital campaigns CRM nurturing).

  • Drive outbound strategies through school visits counselor outreach call campaigns events contests and workshops.

  • Personally oversee and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Meta etc.) to improve lead quality and conversions.

  • Lead admissions marketing and corporate relations teams with clear KPIs and accountability.

  • Develop strategic initiatives to convert leads into confirmed admissions.

  • Ensure seamless coordination between inbound and outbound teams for optimal lead follow-up and conversion.

  • Establish cadences and performance benchmarks for inbound and outbound operations.

  • Track and continuously optimize funnel performance across all channels.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business Administration Management or related field.

  • 10 years of experience in Sales digital/growth marketing field marketing or related roles with at least 3-4 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Experience in the education industry is a strong advantage.

  • Proven hands-on experience in paid campaigns and lead generation.

  • Strong expertise in inbound and outbound admission strategies.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and achieving admission targets.




Required Skills:

Required Education:

First class Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship or in relevant discipline OR Minimum 55% Marks at Masters Degree in MBA (Finance/ International Business)
