Innovexis is a growing organization focused on innovation learning and impact-driven solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations and talent management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing screening scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR databases and records
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Help with HR documentation policies and reports
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Graduation (HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR processes
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel Google Sheets and email communication
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership
