Job Summary
The Mission We are engaging a highly qualified medical professional for a discreet 1:1 nursing assignment. You will be responsible for the personal care and clinical monitoring of an 80-year-old VIP Principal aboard a 90m superyacht. This role transcends the traditional clinical setting placing you in the center of the Mediterranean summer season. Your itinerary includes extended stays in Monaco Marbella Ibiza and the Greek Islands where you will ensure the Principals health is managed with precision and dignity.
The Team You will operate within a structured high-level medical team. A Lead British Doctor provides clinical governance ensuring you have expert backup at all times. You will also work in tandem with resident Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort to provide comprehensive 24/7 care.
The Safety We believe that elite care requires elite working conditions. To mitigate fatigue and ensure clinical sharpness we enforce a strict double-nurse shift system. This allows you to perform your duties effectively while enjoying guaranteed downtime to explore the vessels exclusive locations.
The Process Your time is valuable. We conduct the initial vetting phase via a secure online interview platform allowing you to qualify for this position from Switzerland or your current location before any travel is required.

Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a strict requirement.
Experience: 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is essential for this level of autonomy.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for all communication with the medical lead and Principal.
Attributes: Absolute discretion high emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain professional boundaries in a private household.
