Job Summary
The Mission We are identifying a high-caliber nursing professional for a bespoke 1:1 role caring for an 80-year-old VIP Principal. This position offers an escape from the clinical ward to the open sea aboard a mega-yacht following a premier Mediterranean circuit. Your summer will be defined by seamless medical management while cruising to Monaco the Algarve Ibiza and the Greek Islands. You will be the primary point of contact for the Principals daily medical needs ensuring their safety and comfort in a luxury environment.
The Team You are supported by a formidable clinical team. A Lead British Doctor provides medical direction and you will work alongside resident Physiotherapists to ensure the Principal remains mobile and active. The nursing team is composed entirely of Western-trained staff ensuring a familiar and high-standard clinical protocol.
The Safety We do not compromise on staff welfare. To ensure sustained excellence in care we operate a double-nurse shift system. This structure provides you with guaranteed rest periods and the freedom to explore the yachts prestigious ports of call.

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is the mandatory educational baseline.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is required to manage the potential complexities of the role.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is essential for clear clinical communication.
