Job Summary

Missions:

You will be a support to the Private Debt team in evaluating filtering executing and monitoring of Private Debt transactions.

Main tasks include:

Studying and analysing activity market positioning and financial performance of target companies;
Updating financial models and presentations;
Supporting the drafting of investment committee memo;
Supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies drafting periodical reports and analyses.

Profile:

Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a tier-1 business school or university with a specialization in Finance
Previous experience in M&A Investment Banking and/or Private Equity and/or Private Debt Funds
Native in Italian and fluent in English
Good knowledge of Excel (Financial Modelling) and Power Point
Curious and proactive with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
International mindset exchange abroad program is a plus.
