REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive management experience of at least 5 years is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have managed large teams demonstrate hands on work in all aspects of the dealership (Sales F&I BDC Parts Collision Service) and show through their work history an ability to implement plans for long term growth. - Drive Sales & Inventory: We expect our GM to be a visible force in New and Used operations directly involved in desking and customer interaction. You will drive our retail and wholesale processes through hands-on inventory management and gross retention strategies. If you prefer a back office to the sales floor this is not the role for you.
- Fixed Operations Oversight: Provide strategic leadership to Service and Parts. Monitor shop efficiency and technician productivity to ensure Fixed Ops remains a primary driver of profitability.
- Team Morale & Culture: Foster a stable high-morale work environment. You will prioritize the satisfaction and professional growth of the team ensuring that our staff feels valued heard and motivated.
- Elite Customer Satisfaction: Champion the "Customer First" mission. Monitor CSI scores and social reputation daily to ensure every guest receives a world-class experience.
- Legacy Management: Respect the foundations in place while implementing modern processes to keep the dealership at the top of the market.
- Manufacturer Relations: Maintain a strong productive relationship with Stellantis (CDJR) and lending institutions.
- Operational Oversight: Review financial statements monitor the Daily Operating Control (DOC) and maximize ROI.

Required Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours evenings and weekends
