Job Summary

ABOUT THE COMPANY

This is a mature territory with existing business and meaningful upside.

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
* Present and promote a portfolio of implant and regenerative solutions.
* Expand market share through new account development and deeper penetration of existing customers in Orange County (Irvine Anaheim Newport Beach and Santa Ana)
* Prospect qualify and convert opportunities within dental practices and specialty clinics.
* Conduct regular in-office meetings follow-ups and educational discussions.
* Resolve customer issues quickly to protect long-term relationships.
* Attend trade shows study clubs and clinical education events.

Requirements

WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER

Education & Training
* Bachelors degree preferred (Business Science or related discipline).
* Equivalent relevant sales experience will also be considered.

Work Experience & Accomplishments
* 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
* Dental medical or complex solution sales experience is required.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
* Experience managing an established territory with growth expectations.

Skills & Competencies
* Hunter mentality with disciplined territory planning habits.
* Strong presentation negotiation and closing skills.
* Excellent relationship-building ability with professional customers.
* Self-directed organized and comfortable working independently.
* Confident using sales technology.
