Job Summary
A wellestablished national retail and operations group is seeking an Internal Auditor to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing internal controls supporting risk management processes and contributing to loss control initiatives across multiple business units.
This role includes the planning execution and documentation of audits as well as reporting on findings and collaborating with management on corrective actions. The position requires regular engagement with operational teams and travel to various sites.

Job Description:
Conduct branch and operational audits
Perform stock counts and validate stock control processes
Evaluate internal controls and identify potential risks
Prepare clear concise audit reports
Recommend practical riskmitigation strategies
Support loss prevention activities
Perform administrative and adhoc duties related to internal audit operations
Strong judgement and ability to manage complexity
High level of selfawareness
Resultsdriven and performanceoriented
Energetic and proactive mindset
Commitment to adding continuous value
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build positive working relationships and operate independently
Experience with computerassisted audit tools is advantageous
Previous retail industry exposure is beneficial
Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
Qualification:
National Diploma in Internal Auditing
