Your role:

Job Responsibilities:
Offers expertise in defining and implementing software automation test strategies and initiatives at the feature and system levels contributing to the overall quality assurance process.
Offer technical solutions and creates comprehensive Master test automation plans and strategies that outline the scope objectives resources and schedule for testing activities ensuring alignment with project requirements and goals.
Analyzes test automation results and CI/CD to identify issues and inconsistencies provide fixes and coach the team with solutions.

. Drive and own test automation for the team

. Work closely with multiple stakeholders to get the automation pipeline identified and plan to implement as per the program needs.

Tailors test automation scenarios specifically for AI-based products integrating data-driven insights and real-world feedback to craft comprehensive automation environments that closely mirror real-life usage scenarios and conditions.
Knowledge on the performance reliability and load testing through automation.

Acts as a key contributor to the continuous improvement of field testing methodologies leveraging best practices and innovative approaches to drive excellence in system validation.

. Expertise in development testing and debugging skills

Utilizes advanced analytical skills to address complex problems efficiently applies conceptual thinking to develop innovative solutions and strategies based on limited information and precedent.
Provides guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers fostering their growth and development in software testing methodologies automation techniques and problem-solving skills.

Minimum required Education:

B.E in Computer Science / Information Technology or MCA with Bachelors in Science (Comp Sc or Electronics)

Expertise in one of C C#.Net or Java

Exposure to creating multiple automation frameworks and should have worked on automation frameworks.

Minimum required Experience:

15 years of experience with automated testing and good understanding of automation methods and best practices

4 years of leading technically automation teams across multiple teams.

3 years of experience with manual testing and good understanding of automation methods and best practices

Strong expertise and experience in Product/Sub-system/System Verification preferably in the Imaging domain of Healthcare

Proven track record of delivery and commitment to customers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Be able to work effectively with globally teams

Preferred Education:
Masters Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
