Solutions Advisory Consultant Defining the Future of Brand Experience

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to play a pivotal role in crafting how enterprises harness Adobes platforms to accelerate business transformation innovation and AI-infused Content and Brand Experiences. You will be a trusted advisor; blending product and domain mastery with strategic insight to drive value and outcomes for our customers.

What Youll Do

As a key member of Benelux Solutions Consulting team you will:

Drive Business Outcomes with Strategic Solutions

  • Partner with sales product and engineering to co-create solutions that unlock value across Brand Experiences in the Agentic web era covering CMS DAM content-centric workflows and purpose-built AI Agents.
  • Lead customer engagements through qualification discovery solution presentations demos and beyond focusing on business impact innovation opportunities and tangible benefits.

Lead with Innovation and AI

  • Advise customers on how to leverage AI-driven content generation content lifecycle automation and content experiences to redefine how brands engage with audiences.
  • Approach customer challenges and use cases with innovative solutions to modernize their experience layer for both humans and AI Agents.

Validate Value Through Workshops and POCs

  • Design and deliver workshops proofs-of-concept and proof-of-value labs to validate solution fit and accelerate deal progression.
  • Translate customer needs and challenges into high-level solution designs and strategies.

Build lasting relationships

  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and partners.
  • Represent Adobe thought leadership at industry events webinars and executive briefings.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Curiosity Can-Do Attitude & Team Player: Curious by nature and eager to learn a can-do mindset and a strong sense of collaboration in fast paced team-based pre-sales & selective value realization engagements.
  • Business & Strategic Mindset: You think beyond the product connecting technology to customer challenges and business outcomes and transformation strategies.
  • Innovation & AI Savvy: Passion for technology and innovation experience in applying technology solutions (with purpose-built GenAI & Agentic apps) to solve real business problems. With the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of content technologies (CMS DAM content lifecycle CSS headless APIs MCP) and the broader digital experience stack.
  • Customer-Centric Communication: Excellent communicator and facilitator able to lead workshops and engage clients with clarity and credibility. Fluency in English is a must French or Dutch will be a plus.
  • Collaborative Influence: Strong collaborator across functions internally and externally. From product management to sales to engineering across Adobe; From architects over practitioners to senior leadership at our customers and partners.
