Belgian banks and insurers are under pressure to adapt quickly: strategy needs to become more actionable organisations need to work in a more structured way and transformation initiatives need stronger execution. We help financial institutions turn ambition into results from clarifying priorities and translating strategy into execution to improving operating models strengthening governance and delivering cross-functional change.

What you will do

• Support transformation programs at Belgian banks and insurers across topics such as strategy execution operating model design process improvement portfolio management and project governance

• Help clients translate strategic priorities into concrete actions roadmaps objectives and performance follow-up
  Conduct business analysis: gather input structure problems map current-state challenges identify gaps and shape future-state solutions

• Support the design of target operating models organisational structures governance forums and ways of working

• Facilitate workshops and interviews with client stakeholders challenge assumptions and synthesise discussions into clear outputs

• Translate complex cross-functional issues into practical recommendations business cases and actionable plans

• Contribute to the growth of PwCs Financial Services transformation practice by helping develop reusable assets propositions and client offerings

Who you are

• You are a fast learner who is comfortable working on unfamiliar topics and turning complexity into something clear and actionable

• You combine structured thinking with a hands-on mindset: you do not stop at ideas you help make them work in practice

• You communicate with confidence and clarity whether with a project team a department lead or senior management

• You are comfortable working across business operations and IT and you know how to align different stakeholders around a common objective

• You are proactive reliable and willing to go the extra mile when needed

• You are fluent in at least Dutch and English

• You have 2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting banking insurance operations transformation business analysis project delivery or a similar environment

• Experience in Belgian financial services is a strong plus
