Job Summary
Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig is currently seeking aCustomer Service Representative to join our team. This position will serve as a vital connection between our clients and attorneys. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences. This is an entry level non-managerial position. The opening is current onsite at our Leesburg VA office; however this office will be relocating to the Ashburn/Herndon area within one year.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients building sustainable relationships through responsive and professional communication.
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls actively listen to client needs and provide helpful solutions to their concerns.
- Act as liaison between clients and attorneys ensuring seamless communication and service.
- Answer phones professionally direct callers to appropriate personnel and attorneys.
- Meet personal and Client Service team targets and call handling quotas.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- 1 to 2 years experience in answering and taking phone calls is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior organizational and multitasking abilities with time management.
- Capacity to work independently prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Positive professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
