Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The EA Insurance Agency is building a team of ambitious self-driven individuals who want more more income more growth more control over their future.

We specialize in helping families secure their financial future through life insurance annuities IULs and strategic debt elimination programs. Backed by a proven sales system advanced technology and hands-on mentorship we give you the tools but your results are up to you.

This is not a clock-in clock-out position. This is for motivated professionals who want to build real income develop leadership skills and create long-term impact in the financial services industry.

Requirements

  • Meet with clients virtually who have requested information
  • Conduct needs-based financial protection consultations
  • Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
  • Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
  • Maintain organized follow-up and client communication
  • Manage your workflow independently in a remote environment

Qualifications

  • An active life insurance license or the ability to obtain one promptly
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Professional consultative approach
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Coachable and open to ongoing training and feedback
  • Reliable internet and phone access
