We are seeking a full-time inpatient psychiatrist to join a leading behavioral health hospital in Washington DC. Patient Volume: Adult and addiction inpatients

Practice Setting: Inpatient psychiatric hospital
Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists psychologists social workers therapists
EMR / Technology: Cerner electronic medical record system

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric care including medication management and psychotherapy to adult patients with mental health and substance use disorders
Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers nursing and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities including assessments treatment planning and patient follow-up
Document clinical activities accurately using the hospitals EMR system

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $275000$350000 plus sign-on and relocation bonuses

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active or eligible medical license in Washington DC
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
