- Schedule :Monday Friday 5:30 am 2:00 pm

By applying your expertise within our facility in Kelownaas the Yard Leadhand.
Reporting to the Plant Supervisor the successful candidate will carry out the following:
- Co-ordinate staff and 3rd party trucks for safe delivery and sorting of various loads/materials.
- Comply with all the Companys production standards procedures and requirements.
- Completing daily production & safety reports annual reviews equipment evaluations & other administrative tasks.
- Operate all necessary equipment required for the performance of duties in the assigned area.
- Be an active supervisor and assist in sorting Recovery Plus loads and RP Bales.
- Report any contaminated loads through the non-conforming load portal.

- Practical experience: Forklift experience / certification. Loader or skid steer experience is an asset.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal & interpersonal skills including the ability to speak to others with respect.
- Safety knowledge: Following safety standards and procedures and offer safety suggestions.
- Strong Organization skills to prioritize daily tasks
- Environment: Work in an industrial environmental exposed to seasonal temperatures.
