Twin Rivers Pulp Ltd. Prides itself on its dedicated employees the reputation of its high quality products and its long-term customer relationships. For the Edmundston Pulp Mill we are currently seeking a: Supervisor Production (Fuel Yard)

Challenges:

Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employees participation
Plan prioritize coordinate supervise and review the activities in assigned areas
- Fuel Yard / Chipping / Ground Wood
Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets
Ensures that unloading of Biomass and Chips are done in a safe and efficient manor
Coordinate and organize priorities effectively
Continually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervals.
Work with operation employees to optimize costs maintain desired quality.
Ensure operation stability
Training and development of team members

Requirements:

Degree / Trade: Preferably in technical mechanical or forestry related discipline
5 years plus of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environment
Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered
Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
