2 x Commercial
2 x Enterprise (need to confirm if 1 or 2)
1x Player Coach
All hires will form part of a new commercial function managing the NZ region from Sydney.

Salary & Benefits
Level 4-6 $150k$192k base $230k$330k OTE
Additional Benefits:
6 month ramp 25% of OTE commission paid monthly for 6 months full quota at 9 months

CRM: Description
Senior sales roles focused on driving revenue through three key pillars net new logos strategic account expansion & retention. You will support the companys growth strategy across customer retention cross-sell and new business within the NZ market.
Commercial and Enterprise AEs will manage defined books of business across NZ-based organisations while being Sydney-based.
Book of Business
Commercial: 6070 accounts
Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined NZ territory
Drive sales across the full suite of offerings (Research CX EX)
Balance strategic land-and-expand tactics with full-platform sales
Partner with SDRs and marketing to develop pipeline (2030% inbound / 7080% outbound & network-driven)
Manage complex sales cycles (412 months)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Marketing SDRs Solution Engineers & Customer Success
Drive platform adoption and long-term client value
Requirements
Must-Haves:
48 years of SaaS closing experience (Level 4 minimum)
Experience closing complex Commercial / Mid-Market or Enterprise deals
Proven consultative cross-functional selling capability
Self-driven resilient adaptable with strong learning mindset
Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Experience working with less structured sales processes
Stable career history (no job hopping; preference for 2.9 year tenure per role)
Clear role trajectory
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in CRM HCM EX or adjacent enterprise systems
Industry exposure across Utilities Retail Higher Education Hospitality or Public Sector
