Job Summary:
The Program Management Intern will support various aspects of program coordination scheduling and reporting. This role provides hands-on experience in project planning tracking progress and assisting with the execution of key initiatives. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met efficiently and on time.
*This internship is located in Auburn Hills MI.
Essential Functions:
  • Assist in planning scheduling and tracking the progress of ongoing projects.
  • Help prepare program documentation including status reports and meeting notes.
  • Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure timelines are met.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact program timelines or objectives.
  • Contribute to project performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibility
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail in preparing project documentation and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist in problem-solving.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Education & Experience
Background Prerequisites:
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check employment verification reference checks physical and controlled substance testing.
