Role Summary and Impact
- Client Relations and Business Development: Act as the primary interface with clients proactively managing their business needs anticipating future requirements and identifying opportunities to expand WPP Medias service offering.
- Strategic Media Planning and Execution: Take ownership of the clients media strategy from guiding the briefing process and defining communication objectives to providing strategic direction and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Financial Management and Profitability: Responsible for the profitability and growth of your account group. This includes developing growth strategies for clients collaborating on the development of new services creating budgets and forecasts ensuring compliance with trading guidelines and contributing to new business pitches.
- Operational Excellence and Compliance to ensure service quality
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performance team. This includes participating in the selection hiring and training of staff providing essential tools and training and conducting objective performance evaluations to foster professional growth and ensure a high level of team satisfaction and capability.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communication Business Administration
- Experience: 5 years in offline media (TV OOH Radio) and online media (Programmatic Social Media Search)
- Business Vision and Commercial Leadership: Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities strong commercial skills effective public relations management.
- On- and Offline Media Expertise: At least six years of professional experience in media specifically in media planning control and budget management as well as proficiency with relevant internal and external industry tools.
- Significant experience in customer relationship management
- Team Management and Development: Track record of effective management and development of direct reports with experience supervising at least two coordinators.
- Analytical and Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis reporting and presentations.
- Global Communication: Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
- Additional Comments: Stress resistance prioritization skills problem solving resilience.
