About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Executive to support affiliate marketing activities for multiple clients across different industries. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of experience who is eager to learn enjoys working with data and partners and wants to grow their career in an agency environment.
The Affiliate Executive will work closely with Affiliate Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively partners are well-managed and client objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Support
Support day-to-day affiliate marketing activities for assigned client accounts
Assist in coordinating client requests and ensuring timely campaign delivery
Maintain accurate documentation tracking and reporting for client campaigns
Support the team in preparing materials for client updates and meetings
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Assist in setting up managing and optimizing affiliate campaigns across platforms and partners
Monitor campaign performance against key metrics and flag any issues or opportunities
Support implementation of promotional activities tracking links and creatives
Ensure campaigns comply with agreed guidelines and timelines
Partner & Network Coordination
Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners publishers or networks
Support partner onboarding and communication processes
Help identify potential new partners and opportunities for campaign growth
Reporting & Analysis
Compile campaign performance data and support regular reporting
Assist in analyzing results and identifying basic insights and improvement areas
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel PowerPoint or similar tools
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
12 years of experience in digital marketing affiliate marketing performance marketing or agency roles
Basic understanding of affiliate or partnership marketing (hands-on experience is a plus)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with good time-management abilities
Comfortable working with data numbers and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive eager to learn and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
