Job Summary

RPR Trades is currently seeking ahighly experienced Yard Supervisor / Leading Hand with extensive background in crane operations rigging and heavy equipment within large-scale construction and resources projects.

Ideal candidate will bring 10 years industry experience including leadership of multi-discipline crane crews strong safety and compliance focus and hands-on operational capability.

Must hold a broad range of High-Risk Work Licences ideally including Tower Crane (CT) Rigging (RI) Dogging (DG) Forklift (LF) Mobile Cranes (CN/C1/C6) EWP (>11m) plus HR drivers licence White Card Working at Heights Confined Space and First Aid MSIC highly regarded.

Proven experience in:

Supervising yard or site-based crane and lifting operations
Planning and allocating daily work equipment and labour
Managing permits paperwork toolbox talks and compliance
Liaising with clients superintendents and internal stakeholders
Leading teams in high-pressure environments and resolving issues proactively

Strong leadership style safety-driven highly organised and capable of being the key operational problem-solver in a busy yard or project environment. Solid computer literacy (MS Office) preferred.
