ROLE SUMMARY
Provide leadership for the overall operations of Region 3 Service Center including Maintenance Technology Communications Human Resources as well as other internal departments. Job requires frequent in-region and occasional out-of-region travel occasional prolonged and irregular hours.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree
- Masters Degree
- Administrator Certification required
- Minimum of five years of experience in educational Human Resources
- Five or more years of experience in Building Maintenance oversight preferably in an educational setting
- Experience in oversight of Technology preferably in an educational setting
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Lead and set overall department goals that align with the vision and goals of the service center.
- Work to develop the capacity of department efficiency and effectiveness in the areas of Maintenance Technology and Human Resources
- Work in the four domains of team development change facilitation discovery and diagnosis and engagement and collaboration.
- Serve as a systems coach utilizing various coaching models.
- Prioritize department training. Develop and implement performance management techniques and systems.
- A demonstrated track record of success in managing facilities and building facilities.
- Knowledge and experience in managing building custodial teams.
- An in-depth knowledge and expertise in educational Human Resources.
- Ability to design deliver and facilitate high-quality training for internal staff and relative training for district staff.
- Ability to connect with diverse audiences and understand complex and unique circumstances in order to support growth among individuals.
- Ability to coach model and provide feedback on performance.
- Highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with an ability to produce high quality work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to break down complex information into comprehensive parts ask questions synthesize and analyze.
- Ability to influence others to achieve outcomes both within and outside formal management structures.
