Job Summary

Responsibilities

Perform general accounting functions relating to property management which include but not limited to cash and cost control
Prepare bilingual financial statements for estate management funds to owners
Support management charges billings and payments
Handle inquiries from management offices Owners Committees and external customers

Requirements

Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages and Mathematics preferably with post-secondary education in Accountancy or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and with good command of written English
Proficiency in Oracle Financial System and software applications
Knowledge of regulations for building management and Property Management Services Authority codes is an advantage

Remarks

Appointment will be made on four-month temporary contract terms
