The Team: We are looking for sharp and self-driven individuals to join Marketing Data and Analytics team that optimizes processes and leverage technology data and analytics to power a high-performing marketing organization. The team works to drive alignment across the customer journey on a wide variety of platforms.

Whats in it for you:

Your position is critical to driving the success of the Marketing Data and Analytics team and you play an integral role to support and refine critical elements of our projects to achieve high operational excellence. As a Specialist Marketing Data and Analytics you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data in Salesforce Marketo or other systems as well as data cleansing and transformation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Additionally you may be involved in identifying and resolving any data discrepancies or issues.

  • Play an integral role to support and refine critical elements of our marketing projects with respect to overall lead management process improvement data quality and key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop thorough understanding of our marketing database and classification strategy to provide guidance to the Marketing team in their audience list filtering and complete daily contact list uploads to Marketo cleansing non-standard data to align with our classification standards.
  • Understand how our integration model works between our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce). Work with other internal stakeholders to improve insights from data collection and extraction from our commercial tech stack.
  • Monitor campaign and lead integration between Marketo and Salesforce ensuring that the campaign members are syncing and that marketing qualified leads are getting to the Sales team properly and are tagged to Marketing campaigns.
  • Manage daily projects and deadlines for varied marketing operations processes in Smartsheet and ensure that all deadlines are met and projects executed with high satisfaction scores from the Marketing team.
  • Proactively identify gaps in marketing ops workflow/processes and work towards improving those areas.
  • Maintain an understanding of privacy and data regulations that affect the regions we engage in.
  • Supports all aspects of data management and continuous process improvement including new process roll-out and change management implementation to improve business efficiency.

What Were Looking For:

Basic Qualifications

  • MBA or Bachelors in Marketing Business or equivalent education and experience.
  • Any prior experience working in marketing data management operation or equivalent role preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple work priorities and projects concurrently and meet established deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving/research skills required with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written) Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products including database.
  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team with minimal directions.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement and good team collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with demonstrated track record of initiative creativity and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with administering database management tool ( or similar CRM tool) and/or any marketing automation platforms (E.g. Marketo Eloqua etc.).
