Job Summary

  • consulting & implementing digital HR solutions using agile methodologies (preparing and facilitating client workshops writing user stories creating and optimizing HR business processes configuring systems and developing workflows);
  • act as the subject matter expert for at least one HR process area (e.g. Core HR recruiting Learning Compensation & benefits Talent management Time & Absence). Provide advice on as is -> to be process changes lead workshops support change activities; and work with technical teams to implement the solution;
  • contributing to business development proposals and thought leadership; building relationships with clients vendors and internal teams;
  • advising on innovative approaches technologies and configuration patterns to optimize HR processes user experience and operational efficiency. You work with technologies (including SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Workday ServiceNow) to design and build the best and most efficient processes and solutions;
  • owning endtoend deliverables for a workstream managing requirements configuration testing cutover and handover while ensuring quality timeliness and effective stakeholder engagement;
  •  leading (sub)projects coordinate resources and crossarea dependencies act as a senior client contact and mentor junior colleagues to build capability and drive consistent highquality outcomes.

As a Senior Consultant HR Technology & Process Advisory you also have: 

  • a niversity degree in HR IT business or a related field;
  • at least 5 years of relevant consultancy or practical HR technology and/or process advisory experience;
  • hands-on experience or a certification in at least one of the following HR technologies: Oracle HCM Workday SuccessFactors or ServiceNow HRSD;
  • the ability to work effectively in international teams;
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering quality commitments on time; strong analytical skills combined with excellent social and communication skills;
  • an excellent command of Dutch and English both written and spoken.
