To provide accurate payroll inputs manage employee remuneration data support compliance reporting administer leave management and contribute to remuneration processes ensuring efficiency and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Leave Administration
- Conduct leave balance checks and process leave applications.
- Handle leave queries from staff in line with company policy.
- Support the payroll team with monthly payroll input preparation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Facilitate staff onboarding including document checks and system onboarding.
- Process staff movements including promotions transfers and department changes.
- Conduct resignation reviews ensuring exit compliance.
Remuneration & Reporting
- Prepare and submit benchmarking data to thirdparty remuneration providers.
- Assist with remuneration surveys data extraction and comparison to market ranges.
- Support compliance reporting including BBBEE COIDA DOL and employment equity.
Data Analysis & Systems
- Analyse data for trends variances and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain accurate digital and system-based payroll information.
