The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.
- Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
- Promotes professional development enabling deep exposure to Bosch products processes and technologies
- 18 to 24 months in duration with structured rotations across locations departments and roles
- You are hired as a full-time employee from day one with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
- Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
- Supported by mentors supervisors and program coordinators throughout the journey
- Designed to transition you into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer.

Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing environments (Middle level).
- Proven expertise in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen TPM Pull System).
- Hands-on experience with Material Flow Design and Value Stream Mapping (VSM/VSD).
- Project Management proficiency (from conception to implementation).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and SAP modules.
- Knowledge of ISO and 45001 standards.
- Ability to manage indirect personnel influence cross-functional teams and lead change management.
- Professional fluency in English.
