Job Summary

Join the Amazon Prime team in MX and help shape how millions of members discover and engage with Amazon. Prime serves >200 million members across >20 countries and is at the heart of Amazons growth. As a Program Manager on the Prime team in Mexico you will own the end-to-end execution of top partnerships driving member engagement and frequency through data-driven marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that connect Prime members with third-party benefits. Serve as the central point of contact between internal Amazon teams and an external partners ensuring alignment execution and results. Work at the intersection of marketing product and business development.

The ideal candidate will showcase a mix of data analyses and innovation: metrics-driven with strong ownership program and marketing experience. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly and persuasively. You are able to drive excellence within the programs you own with internal and external stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
- Partnership Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Amazon Prime and an external partners managing day-to-day operations and strategic alignment to ensure mutual goals are met
- Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning launch and optimization of campaigns ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact
- Engagement Growth: Define and execute strategies to increase awareness adoption and redemption of Prime benefits; implement solutions to improve the member experience
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing product tech legal finance and customer experience teams; align priorities and drive decisions across multiple workstreams
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) ; use insights to inform program strategy and optimize performance
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to improve program delivery and cross-functional coordination
- Business Reviews: Prepare and present regular business reviews to senior leadership highlighting performance trends risks and opportunities

A day in the life
Your day starts with a review of your programs performance. You might flag an insight to share in a weekly sync with your stakeholders where youll align on upcoming campaign timelines resolve a pending creative approval and discuss a new promotional mechanic youre piloting next month.

Mid-morning youre in a cross-functional meeting with internal teams walking through the roadmap for the next quarter. Youre the connective tissue between teams translating partner needs into internal requirements and Amazons priorities into actionable asks for the partner.

You are then drafting a business review deck for your leadership team synthesizing data and highlighting opportunities.

Internal stakeholders youll work with include Marketing Prime Amazon Stores Prime Video legal and product.

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 YOE defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- 2 years of merchandising experience
