Communication Expert

Responsibilities

You will become part of a program wide communication team that is responsible for:

• Developing and delivering target group-specific content designed to clearly explain and promote a program wide activities
• Strategizing and implementing comprehensive communication measures across various channels to support program objectives.
• Planning leading and executing engaging meetings for the programs leadership and specific stakeholder groups.
• Managing internal communications for the program team including crafting blog posts producing the program newsletter and developing high-quality presentations and presentation materials.
• Designing and implementing targeted change management communication strategies to ensure the effective integration and engagement of all stakeholders and areas within the program.

Qualifications :

Requirements

• Minimum three years of professional experience in the management and execution of marketing and communication initiatives with a strong focus on change management communication within transformative programs.
• Exceptional communication organizational and planning skills essential for navigating complex program environments.
• Proficiency in visual communication including video production and editing coupled with a keen eye for effective visualization and presentation graphics.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain internal knowledge platforms (e.g. Confluence) to ensure information accessibility.
• Excellent written and spoken English enabling clear and persuasive communication across all program interactions.
