People & Culture Digital Solutions Expert (Payroll & Time Tracking)
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SuccessFactors Time Tracking including:
- project planning and process design
- global template design system configuration and integration
- data cleansing and migration
- testing training cutover and post-go-live support
- Act as Global Key User and Subject Matter Expert for SuccessFactors EC Payroll and Time Tracking.
- Design optimize and harmonize global payroll and time management processes ensuring compliance efficiency and scalability across countries.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into system and process solutions including preparation of recommendations and prioritization proposals.
- Collaborate closely with Process Experts Regional Key Users IT external HRIT service providers and SAP to ensure stable operations and high-quality delivery.
- Govern release and change management assessing system updates and continuously improving the SuccessFactors landscape.
- Analyze and resolve system or process issues ensuring root-cause identification and sustainable solutions.
- Work closely with Global Key Users from other SuccessFactors modules and HR systems to ensure end-to-end process integration.
- Support organizational change and adoption through training documentation and communication.
- Support data migration and change management activities in the Employee Central implementation project.
You bring these skills experience & education
- Proven experience in multi-country payroll implementations and payroll optimization projects
- Strong expertise in time management processes and complex time models (preferably in production or industrial environments)
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Strong analytical skills including data analysis and reporting; advanced Excel
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Time Tracking EC Payroll)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in international environments
- Fluent English
